YOL sells and installs common computer upgrades, and carries the most common upgrades in stock. Prices include installation by an trained technician.
Memory Upgrades
YOL carries the most common memory in stock. This memory is compatible with most current PC computers. For other memory options, YOL researches memory options and can order the memory for you. Memory prices change daily. Contact us for the most current memory prices. Memory costs include 1/2 hour labour charge plus the cost of the memory. Memory installation includes installing and testing memory.
Hard Drive Upgrades
Hard drive installation includes installing, initializing and testing the hard drive. Basic hard drive installations do not include reinstalling your operating system or transferring your data. YOL does provide these services for an additional fee. YOL has in stock most common IDE desktop hard drives (e.g. 80 GB IDE, 120 GB IDE). Contact us for current hard drive prices.
Laptop computer hard drives vary. YOL consultants can research hard drive options and order the hard drive for you. Contact us to obtain current hard drive prices. Please provide the YOL staff with your computer make and model # (e.g. Fujitsu LIfebook, Dell Inspiron 3800 etc).
Hard drive installation and configuration typically takes approximately 1 hour labour charge.
If would you like us to back-up your data from your old hard drive, save it on our server, and transfer your data to the new hard drive. This service is available for an hourly charge.
Would you like YOL to reinstall your operating system on your new hard drive? Provide your operating system CD and Product Key #. Reinstalling the operating system is available for a flat fee.
Would you like YOL to reinstall software on your new hard drive? Provide YOL with your software CDs and registration information (e.g. Microsoft Office), and YOL will install software for you. This service is available for an hourly charge. |
