1. How do I return an item? = Post to JG Retail YOLC. Admiral's Yard, Low Road, LEEDS, LS10 1AE with a note of your name, address and details of a refund/ exchange. Please send by tracked service so you can check it has been received by us.
2. Where is my item? = Standard delivery is 5 working days, Express is 2. Please check your delivery confirmation e-mail for tracking numbers.
3. I've returned my item, when will I get a refund/ exchange? = Returns are processed within 14 working days of us receiving them. Once it has been processed, we'll send you an e-mail to confirm.
